Paul Mac – Anechoic – Music Video

The Music video by Paste Studios produced for the new Paul Mac track Anechoic (Everybody’s singing) ft. Tim Derricourt (Dappled Cities) Xan Muller Remix was a massive collaboration of artists and talent both musically and visually. The video displays the beautiful contemporary dancing and choreography by Naomi Hibberd. Shot on Sony FS7 and Carl Zeis Prime lenses in a white Cyc studio. The use of some slow motion and glitch affects seemed appropriate to capture and highlight particular parts of the dancers movements which proved to be aesthetically pleasing in the end product.

The brief was to create a ‘cosmic’ styled effect without delving too deep into the animation / GFX world. With the white Cyclorama and Naomi’s stellar dance moves, we executed an atmospheric dance piece that Paul Mac loved.
